My cloud storage is full

I have been getting plenty of trash in my email inbox. Some of the ones I find annoying are the ones that promise me a free something-or-another if I fill out a survey for some service I recently used. So I go and fill it thinking it is legit and when I get to the end they inform me that I just need to pay for the postage. This infuriates me for two reasons. For one thing, how did they get my name and know I used the service? In this case I used a medical service which assures me that the online information is protected. Yea, right! And the other complaint is that paying for shipping is not 'free.'
Recently I have been getting warnings, over and over again, that my cloud storage is full and I will lose my photos and who knows what else if I don't take action. I wonder how that can be as I never would store things 'in the cloud?'
IF YOU GET A WARNING ABOUT THE CLOUD THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE ACTION.

Petra - Online but emotionally in airplane mode I'm getting cloud storage warnings but they are phishing, because it isn't full. They are like viagra of years ago, just spam trying to get your bank/irl address etc.
