Noise has a way of fundamentally interfering with the sound quality of our creativity and spiritual well-being. When your hands are busy, your nervous system relaxes, from what I’ve heard. Intuition gets louder. And intention has somewhere physical to land.

Every action affects every reaction. One’s actions inevitably lead to consequences or reactions. Every action, choice, or behavior will result in some form of consequence or reaction.
