Did you guys at any stage of life felt like your mind body and soul is going through some sort of metamorphosis?

Sorry i have been writing like shit lately, too many words, blurry, thoughts jumping or circling in the same spot. I wont torture you with this one. Promise

For last few weeks i have been feeling like I’m breaking out of some sort of shell and there’s nothing that would have triggered this change.
