My garden
Beautiful red tomatoes and firm crisp cucumbers,harvested in the cool air of dawn.These are the treasures from my garden which I enjoy. When that red ball of heat ,crests the mountain top,I head for the shade and the air conditioner. Do you? Get the idea I don't like Summer?

yes, mine are on their way out as well, Pati still has plenty of tomatoes coming in. I canned some of them earlier this morning.

Verna - My mouth is watering just from reading your blog. I love tomatoes....I did not do a garden this year and miss the produce. I also like sitting in the shade and/or in front of the a/c, especially when the temp is hovering around 100 degrees.
You definitely have a way with words Verna. I thought I was there for a moment and though I had a fresh tomato today, like Jeannie, my mouth was watering after reading this...and it's nightime here in California (though, a bit too warm for my taste still!)
