It's days like this I get the most writing done. Maybe I should move to Seattle. Anyway, things are getting interesting now. This manuscript is taking a bit of a dark turn, which I hadn't foreseen. Perhaps its just the folklore and mythology of the area that I'm imbuing my story with, it certainly has changed the atmosphere of the novel. Or maybe I just watched Predator one too many times as a kid! Well, I just hope it doesn't turn out too scary. I hate it when that happens to the middle book or movie of a trilogy (think Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom!). Then again, I still have quite a bit more to write, so the atmosphere might change again depending on how much comedic relief I can add. I'm depending on you, Matt!
