Howdy

Hey, welcome to my blog kickoff!

A question: What short story have you read recently? And what did you think of it? (Yeah, I know, that's really two questions.)

A short story is not a short novel, it's a...well, it can be many things. A snapshot, a moment, a prose poem, a question, a flash of insight, a joke (sort of) without a punchline...

I'm writing flash fiction at the moment, 150-700 words, and enjoying the challenge of saying a lot...but using very few words. Edit edit edit!

Off to my faithful Olivetti Underwood, gun metal gray typewriter. It never crashes.

Say hello if you've got a moment.
