What a ride it’s been. What an absolutely cracking experience this last year and a half has brought. Finishing Shield of Secunda has seen the realisation of the first few steps towards my dream career.

As it stands currently, approximately 2,300 people have Shield of Secunda downloaded on their Kindle. That’s a lot of people giving me a shot and checking out my work!

While this has been a brilliant personal journey, there are a few people who helped bring the entire project together that I’d like to thank. Eliot, for his ongoing feedback and for calling me out on my horrific use of ownership apostrophes (I’m getting better!). Simon, for asking the questions of my book, my writing, and my imagination that needed to be asked. Mum for her cover. Dad for his editing.
