Absolutely would LOVE to see Forget included and Proposal would fit very well, too, IMHO. :) And that cereal scene just cracks me up, Lindsay's reaction is so precious! XD So yes to all three. Hehe, a bit of a shame you can't include the mpreg one. *eg* But otherwise I didn't really miss any scenes... Tho I could read 500 pages about how Lindsay suffers during their brake-up no problemo. ^^About the formatting - sorry, have no idea.. Except I know this and that about computers. :)
Hi Richard... I use a product called Jutoh (created by Anthemion). I've tried several apps but this one is by far the easiest one I've found. It's free to try and reasonable to purchase (I think it's around $20 or so). I'll even type up a quick how-to for ya' (with screen shots!) if you'd like. :)
Fff, you posted this ON MY BIRTHDAY and I wish I'd seen it then because excellent birthday present would have been excellent! I have no advice on the software, sorry, but as far as incorporating the extra material - I'd say yes? I actually really loved what Neil Gaiman did when he reissued his books, with the "author's preferred text" - basically stuff he'd cut for editorial restraints when they were first published - and a note about what he did/why he did it. I've read the short stories you posted here and I don't think they'd seem out of place at all.
Anyway, I wish you luck with it, whichever way you go. And because I've probably never said anywhere else, thank you for writing these and sharing them! I was directed to them via some lj friends and the whole world you created with these two is just spectacular. Touching, and hilarious, and so human for all its mad ideas. So really, thank you, for giving me a book I couldn't put down for the first time in years. (I remember seeing on your profile that you're working on an illustrated version of the books and seriously, if that's still a thing, I'll be buying it the second it comes out.)

Reading more about the time with Lindsay and Ellie might have killed me the first time through. I don't know, Richard Rider!!! What it comes down to is I think it's perfection. I just finished up a reread of No Beginning and No End and it's just so damn good.
