Recently I decided to offer a four day giveaway on my debut novel, the idea behind this was to get the novel "out there" rather than try and convince people to take a punt on it which is difficult to do.
Through social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin I offered the novel totally free for four days and hoped that at least 400 would be downloaded. The end result was a total of 475 downloaded and I am currently awaiting for the reviews to begin to come in. Copies were downloaded in the UK, USA, CANADA, FRANCE, ITALY, VIETNAM, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, INDIA and a few other countries too.
Very pleased with the results and hope that the novel will gain momentum through this process, the second novel in the trilogy series is almost ready and this giveaway was a good way to get more interest in the series.
