I'm so happy to announce that a story I wrote for my kids back in 2009 will be finally published next month by Sterling. It's called Christmas Eve with Mrs. Claus and it follows Mrs. Claus as she bakes on Christmas Eve. Lift-the-flaps let readers help her hunt for ingredients. The illustrations by Teri Weidner are so beautiful and really capture the magic of the holiday season.

I hope anyone who reads it will enjoy it and perhaps contact me with any questions or comments. I'm currently trying to hit the mark with another story for children, but find it so difficult to get the right mix of character and story line. I might think of a great character but can't envision the full arc of a story, or the other way around.
