Hard Problem Workshop

In July and August, Sarah Miller Beebe conducted a three-part Hard Problems Workshop in Washington, DC.  Analysts developed and refined the key analytic question, developed and applied an indicators framework, and created a plan to visualize the data for the most powerful product.
