2 Questions: When does book 2 come out and how would one get a signed copy of the first one?

Shovel Ready may well be my favorite read of 2014. Hell of a debut novel!

Great book! Really loved the writing style, even the unique way the dialog was done kept the pace pumping. Can not wait for the second one!
