The Present (1)
The book I want to talk about today is, in my opinion, essential. In addition, it is not very long, it can be read easily, but you will be learning a lot of things along the way. I am talking about The Present by Spencer Johnson. This title is great because the author is writing about the present as the moment here and now, but also synonymous with gift. And the moral of this book is that the present is a gift that you give to yourself.
You think it is simplistic, as you always live in the present and so there is nothing complicated about this concept . Are you so sure? Are you really in the moment ? As you read this article, you may think about your past, but mostly I am sure you are thinking about the future, what you are going to do right after that, everything you want to achieve during this day. So you are not in the moment. You are not focused solely on this reading, many thoughts are running through your mind. Learn to forget the past and future to live only in the present.
Focus on what is happening right now, nothing else. This is the only way to appreciate what is happening. In general, each moment is put into perspective because we judge it in the light of our past, but also because we are trying to measure its impact on the future. Except that if you live only in the present, any anxiety wings . No nostalgia for the past, no fear of the future, you finally enjoy your life .
