So my novel has been through the ringer, edited by different people, before going through one last edit by myself. Now that it has been about six months since I've read the story I picked up one of my finished novels and decided to read it. OMGGGGGGGGG!!!!!! There are glaring errors that I feel I shouldn't have missed! Paragraphs that have seemingly combined themselves into one, moments in the story where I feel another sentence or two would have made the course of action seem more plausible and flow more smoothly!! Nothing like spelling errors, but definitely over usage if commas here and there, and semi colons....Then the worry sets in... What if every one who reads it is so turned off by these errors that they decide to never pick up a novel by me again?!!!! (Paranoia setting in) Maybe I should just re-release it with the corrections when I'm ready to publish its sister novel in six months smh

Deep breath! It's probably not as bad as you think. And I get the paranoia thing. But with self-pubs, you do have the opportunity to treat it like a live document - for a little while at least!
