ALL THEY WANT IS SEX

Have you ever read a book or watched a movie where the main emphasis was the carnal relationship between people? It seems that the moments in between the sex are merely filled with enough fluff to get you to the next scene of fuckery. But where is the meat? Not the meat that hangs from the young stud but the storyline behind the sex. When I write I know that sometimes you just need a really good steamy moment of romance but I need foreplay. I like the build up, I like to read a story and feel the tension between the characters, and for once when they get to that point will it be every thing they had imagined or will it be horrifyingly disappointing? As an author I want the romance, the passion, the great, multi-orgasmic, earth shattering sex but the woman in me says to be a bit more realistic. Sometimes the sex doesn't even move you to stop watching tv let alone climax, so as a reader I like to read into a world that can be reality but is just a world above it. A reality that says this can be your life too, but some modes of entertainment only believe, that as a consumer, "ALL THEY WANT IS SEX."

Tobia James I completely agree T! There's no relationship development. It's just BAM, they fuck & then they fall in love. I won't say people don't fall in love within a few weeks of knowing each other, but notice I said "knowing"...that's where the storyline/character development comes in.
