I had forgotten about this blog business, the good thing is I can write in here fairly confident in the knowledge that nobody will ever read it. So, in a display of breathtaking modesty I have just finished reading my own book. There is a spelling mistake in chapter 28 and a comma in the wrong place on page 896 but aside from that I could find nothing wrong, not bad in over a 1000 pages. Fair to say I am happy with about a third, very happy with another third and believe that there is certainly room for improvement in the final third. It is out there now though and so shall remain as it is, even if I could tinker with the text I probably wouldn't, after all, how many Star Wars fans think Lucas later meddling improved the original films?
