Post # 2! Trying to make this a more regular thing. How's everyone enjoying the beginning of summer? It's my absolute favorite season. As a kid, I'd spend as much time outside as possible on the slip-in-slide, riding my bike, swimming in the lake and drinking lemonade in the backyard. I truly love summer!

I'm about 45,000 words into the first draft of my second novel. It's moving along well and I think readers will find it a fun read in a very different format than Imperfect Paradise (but with the same focus on characters and relationships). Hawaii also makes an appearance. This time Maui!
