Write it all down. Getting the words out will help a little, and someday you'll be able to talk more openly.

Silence has done no one any good. Everyone will benefit from you sharing the details of your horrid story. It would be a cautionary tale for women to be aware there is often a painfully high price to pay for love. I look forward to the day you are free to live and write whatever your heart wants. You deserve much better. Speak out!
As a budding interior designer, I frequently find my values, ethics, politics, and taste at odds with what I am assigned to draw up. I thought that entering a creative field would give me more freedom to express myself, but it's turning out to be the opposite way all too often. This is the world in which professional creatives live, and it sucks. How is this really different from the medieval period, when all arts had to be made in service to the church?
You can write a "fictional" story (names changed for privacy's sake) and put it out for the world to read and judge.
I'm outraged on your behalf. And if the knots you are trapped in make me panic, I can't imagine how you must feel. I've escaped one abusive relationship and narrowly escaped another. Fighting against... I can't even make the kind of person who thinks he had you in vice, for far off the harm it might do. But it is here, and he will use every trick in his arsenal to make you doubt yourself. But this is the right fight for the right reasons. Those you love need you.
