eREADERS - WHAT ABOUT KINDLE?

I'm in the market for an eReader - but there are so many to choose from! I'm confused - are you? Kindle - Amazon's version, but it's black and white. How 'bout iPad? But it's expensive. So what's best? I decided to interview real people who've been using these devices. This time - the famous Amazon Kindle... ("like" the page to get all the interviews!)

Timothy Dean Yup, Nathan - but what's best? I'm hoping to get to the fine strokes. In addition - I'll have a Smashwords coupon for YOU soon so you can read TEETH FOR FREE! BTW - what eReader do you use?

Charlie My only gripe about the Kindle...no back lighting. It's hard reading in the dust or dark. I have to click on a reading light and it glares off the screen or creates a shadow. I spend more time messing with light to adjust it than reading.

Timothy Dean Charlie - do you use the Kindle light? Also interested in if you use your Kindle for editing your own MS? I have an interview coming up with an author who does just that - I want to know how!
