Summer time! How do I beat the heat? I run around naked! Okay just kidding. I take a lot of cold showers and sleep with an ice pack. Yep, I have an adventurous life huh? Okay not really. I'm a fall person so I'm excited to welcome in the falling leaves and cooler weather, you know before it turns freezing here. Which means I get to enjoy fall until October 1st. Yep a full month of fall!  So honestly, I don't have a whole lot to talk about when it comes to beating the heat.
