What do you think of Tristen?
A little background info on him:
Tristen grew up as an only child. He spent a lot of time with his parents, such as traveling, and so he grew very close to them. Then his mom developed leukemia and so a lot of the fun things that they used to do stopped.

Tristen had to grow up quickly- he had to help around the house: cooking and cleaning, and be there to support his mom and dad. During this time, he grew even closer to his parents and in some ways their relationship grew to become peers instead of a parent-child relationship.

Unfortunately, his social life suffered because of it. He didn't go out to activities because of these responsibilities and doesn't gain a close group of friends like teenagers do at this time in their lives.
And, honestly, Tristen isn't that motivated to make close friends because of he is shy and a bit awkward… until he meets Ailey.
