Just had a what came first, the chicken or the egg moment.

I was attempting to log on to a bank account and had forgotten my user id and password.  Under the sign in were two (2) prompts: Forgot User ID and Forgot Password.

I clicked on the Forgot User Id and it asked for my SSN.  I typed it in and was told I needed my password.  Of course I didn't have that so I went back to the sign in page and clicked on the Forgot Password prompt.  I was then asked to provided my User Id.  WTF!
