When I started writing my books, you didn't hear so much about Young Adult as a genre. It was only recently when a young family member of mine was having a look at my old paperbacks and commented, "I like your YA books, aunt Sara!" that I realised they'd be categorised that way nowadays. What a revelation!

I've since been delving into Young Adult and enjoying the experience. I have some new covers for a few of my back catalogue ebooks as a result, too.
