According to researchers studying self-organization and emergence in evolution, our rate of movement toward our future is regulated by a negative feedback loop, something like a thermostat on a heater. Once it reaches a certain temperature, it shuts off and starts again at a pre-set point. This feedback point is controlled by DNA-RNA loop.
However, at this point another operation takes over in an organic system; the data feedback is reassimilated and assessed. Then the organism makes a calculated adjustment for target accuracy which amounts to quality control by forecasting.
