When I decided to go the self publishing route, I had an idea of how this journey would be. Boy, was I wrong! I naively thought that it was as simple as writing the book, hitting publish, and then move on to the next.
Nope.
I find myself drowning in the 'other' things that have to be done, because you know, I have people who like me, and they want to know what's next, or what I'm doing, or what house would I be in if I went to Hogwarts.
SO many balls to juggle!
I was feeling the pressure of it all when I came across a friend's post, it was a quote from a woman who, to me, is a super hero:
"You're juggling rubber balls and glass balls. You can drop the rubber balls occasionally and they bounce back, but you need to keep your eye on those glass balls."
Nora Roberts, I absolutely adore you!
So, as I struggle to keep up with everything, I will keep my sys on those glass balls.
