I'm currently reading
by Irene Hannon. I'm thinking about using it for Read a book by an author whose first and last initials are found in THANKSGIVING. The initials will also work for CHRISTMAS. I'll probably finish sometime this week. What do you think about this? Any plans for your first book?
Hi Michelle!I'm excited to do this challenge together!
I'm still not sure which book I'll start with, probably Gulliver’s Travels. It is set before 1800.
I finished my first book! Next, I'm going to read
for a book featuring a child (0-17 years old). One of the main characters, Loyal, is 13 years old.

I'm currently in the middle of two books, and I'm hoping to finish at least one of them tomorrow!

I'm thinking about using
for the book set in autumn. It starts in September and looks like it's going to take place through November.
First of all, that is a gorgeous cover!! I love her dress so much!Secondly, that sounds like a great idea, go for it :-)
Thanks Charlotte!Next, I'll read
. I plan to use it for a book set in North America - it takes place in Missouri. The only other continent I'll use is Europe. I doubt I'll read a book set in Asia, Africa, and South America before the year ends.
I decided to use
for "a character goes for a walk". It could also be used for a book set in autumn, but I have already used that one. I'll save the North America category for later.
I am also reading
and plan to use it for " book with a horse on the cover." Because I am taking my time with it, I'll probably finish around the end of October or in early November.
I'm currently working on
, and I'll probably use it for "Read a book in which a character goes shopping." because it talks about the MC going to buy more dresses, which is considered shopping.
I'm thinking about using
for decorating a Christmas tree. This one is taking me a little longer to finish.
I'm currently reading
and plan to use it for a book set in winter as it's taking place in January and February.
Whoa great job!!Sorry for barely being active!!
Life is totally catching up with me, and I am having barely any time!
That's OK. I hope all is going well with you.I enjoy reading. How much I read depends on what goes on in my spare time. This month I seem to have good timing on finishing my books.
Today I plan to finish
by Angela Carlisle and will use it for an author whose initials are in Christmas.I will use
by Robert Whitlow for an author whose initials are found in New Year's Eve.
I'm going to use
for a book set on the Gulf Coast. It's set in Mississippi. I started reading this today. I plan to finish it sometime this week.I will also use
for a book with a desert on the cover. I think I'll start this tomorrow and will finish in about a week or two.
I have finished a few books, but haven't posted them. I will hopefully find time sometime this coming week. Great work though!! You are definitely carrying this challenge!
I’m re-reading (does that count?) London Tides by Carla Laureano. Set in Europe and the character goes shopping, as all good characters shall.
Still trying to understand GR forums. Thanks.
Renee, rereads absolutely would count. However, this game is closed to sign-ups. I can add you to the waiting list, if you like. The waiting list is for if a player has to pull out at some point. The alternative is that you may keep track of your own game on this thread.

The rules may be found here.
You may each read one book for every category.
You will post your completed books in this thread.
