Lorena Miyuki Thank you very much for your answer!
You see, I'm also a (gay male fiction) writer and I asked just to know if it's a matter of culture or not.
Here (I'm from Brazil, by the way), the male audience normally doesn't like when a female author writes about "their world", if you know what I mean.
It's complicated and I do have some trouble with the "How do you KNOW?" question, because they generally ask this _before_ reading, and that's when the prejudice starts.

Heidi Cullinan The lesbian book on deck is Rose and Mina in the Love Lessons series. But Rose would definitely put on a hat and some chaps during sex.
