If they could mess with the height effect as in the Lord of the Rings movies, I'd go for Anton Yelchin for a young Miles, or maybe Gregor. He has the Vor look. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0947338/?...
Sadly, Mr. Yelchin is no longer with us - he died not long after the second Star Trek movie...
This question strikes me as the most likely of all the unlikely reasons to write another novel in the Vorkosigan world
