[close] The After is a period of time after... a few things. Nuclear explosions and humans dying off of radiation. There are mutants and clans. One clan is called the Rebels of Radiation. Another is called the New Republic. That is it. The other humans are either captured by the Rebels, possibly killed by a mutant or join the New Republic. The world is in crumbles and supplies are down. There isn't a lot of technology and mostly everything is scarce. Be careful at who you trust. Be careful at where you go. Be careful. Always. Which side are you on? The Rebels? The Republic? The mutants? Are you Alone? Choose wisely

Halflings, the human-animal hybrids of the world have been ignored and tormented by the pure-blood humans for long enough. Retreating, they form the Academy of Hybrids. People of fur, teeth, claws, and scales gather here to learn to manage their feral sides. A tsunami has hit the island, destroying most buildings and a good chunk of the forest. The beach is practically gone. It's spring. The Academy grows and stretches to fit all the students as necessary. It also changes to fit the needs and desires of the students.
