Any type of pagan is welcome here - Wiccan, eclectic, druid, asatru, reconstructionist, shinto and everything else on the spectrum - practitioners of other religions and spiritualities are welcome too.

[close] This group is dedicated to studying Scripture through its original Hebraic cultural and covenantal framework rather than through later Western interpretive traditions. Welcome to a respectful learning space dedicated to exploring Scripture through its ancient Hebraic worldview. This group integrates three areas often treated separately: 1. Hebraic contextual Bible studies (covenant, honor-shame, ANE culture, idioms) 2. Messianic and Hebrew Roots perspectives 3. Christian and academic biblical studies Our aim is not to debate doctrinal systems, but to study the text in its original cultural, linguistic, and covenantal environment. We welcome pastors, teachers, students of biblical studies, Messianic believers, Hebrew Roots students, academic readers, and curious Christians committed to learning. Topics include: • Honor-shame culture in the Bible • Covenant vs contract worldview • Hebraic idioms and language • Ancient Near Eastern culture and literature • Jewish and Christian historical context • Biblical archaeology and anthropology This group exists to help believers grow in understanding, not to argue or proselytize.

[close] Here's a place to respectfully share opinions and peacefully debate with each other over a variety of topics, including climate, religion, politics, rights, education, and more. We'll make sure you're respected as you debate, no matter what views you have! This group is mostly for people in the US (because of many of the topics covered), but people from other countries are welcome! We want everyone to feel comfortable and respected. Please stay calm, and don't feel obligated to join an argument if you don't want to. Please don't hate on anyone, mock anyone's beliefs, or use slurs. Sometimes I'm not sure which folder to put a topic in, so it might be a bit messy. You can let me know in the Topic Suggestions chat if I should move a topic, or add a new one. [close] This is a low pressure book club is for readers who want to step outside the usual reading lane. We focus on novels that explore marginalized voices and offer perspectives from different cultures, religions, identities, and parts of the world. The goal isn't to "read perfectly" or have the smartest take, it is to increase your understanding of different voices! We'll explore all different genres, and it's totally ok if you don't read all of our books. Thank you for considering joining this group!
