[close] This YA book club is to encourage you to meet your reading goal for 2019! A book club for anyone to join! We will pick one book and one graphic novel a month to read as a group and discuss. Our Book of The Month folder is just for reading the selected books. You can suggest a book for the Book of the Month or Comic of the Month in the Suggestions tab. Once a month we will compile a poll of the most suggested books. The book who gets the most votes at the end of the month will be our next Book or Comic of the Month! You can read either the book, the graphic novel, or both. This way you have more of a choice if you happen to not like one of the books you can read the other one! You are also welcome to discuss other books you are currently reading. You can post those topics in the Fresh Reads folder. In our Just for Fun folder you can post just about anything else! Movies, TV shows, games and more. As long as you keep it fun and clean.

I created this group for YA/NA fans to join and discuss their favorite books, recommend books to others, and participate in read-alongs. The read-alongs will be structured in order to avoid spoilers; discussion topics will be created for each section. Hopefully you’ll find this group to be a fun place to interact with other YA fans, share your love for books, discover new genres, and make friends. [close] Welcome to the official #FanaticalBird Book Club INSTAGRAMS @fanatical.fantasy and @littleliterarybird So, we (Ellan and Elli) started #FanaticalBird on Bookstagram as a monthly book challenge - but then Ellan had the GREAT idea to convert it into a Book Club Book Challenge! Then she had the EVEN GREATER idea to start a Goodreads group so all the lovely girls and guys participating in our monthly book challenge have somewhere to discuss each book! Basically, we just want everyone to have fun and share their opinions of each Book of the Month in a safe space. Everyone's opinions are valid and we welcome opposing reviews and thoughts! We want to promote interesting and insightful discussions! New members are always welcome! So please, hit that JOIN button and come back to discuss ALL the books with us! (Fyi, we'll probably focus on YA, fantasy, new adult, teen, sci-fi, paranormal, fiction books). NOTE: You do not have to participate in the monthly Instagram challenges to participate in this book club (although, they are LOTS of fun and really interactive)!

Unlike fantasy, romance, and dystopian, these genres aren't as popular for teens! We'll have challenges and 1-3 BOTMs every month! You can sign up for buddy-reads!
