Every year I start one of these threads and then most years recently I’ve kind of forgotten about it. I keep reading but I don’t keep much of a record. I find I actually mind about that so I’m trying again in 2024.The only goal I’m setting is to read more from my existing library (at least 24 books across the year) because I really don’t need many more books. Quarterly tbrs reflect *possible* book club and challenge reads.
I do have a vague idea I might try to include 25 21stC books, published in each of the years 2000 to 2024.

Generally speaking my reading goal for the year is not to set goals, but given how many books I read, matching an author’s surname to every letter of the alphabet shouldn’t be so hard (I even have an Xiques on my shelves).
