Do you have a recipe book of smoothies? I need to get healthier my doctor told me Tuesday. More vitamins and work on my numbers like blood pressure and cholesterol. Will juicing help that?

Ingredients:
1/2 cup baking soda (I use Bob's Red Mill)
1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
5 Tbs. xylitol (I use this brand: http://go.magik.ly/r/ashleysgreenlife...)
2 tsp. peppermint extract (I use this brand: http://go.magik.ly/r/ashleysgreenlife...)
Directions:
Combine ingredients and store in a jar or container until ready to use!
Wow, it is made from Volcano dirt. Lots of minerals in there too. I will be researching this and how to make my own. I do not like the thoughts of all those chemicals in my mouth.
