I'm waiting on my library copy to come in but once it does, I will start this.

I am still planning to read this! Just got behind.

Still planning to get to book 3 this month.

I know it's already the 9th of October but I'd like to get some paranormal-ish romances in before the end of the month. Does anyone want to buddy read any of these (last 2 are a series)?

Is anyone interested in buddy reading either of these series? Both are available in Kindle Unlimited.

I just grabbed this one as a Read Now on Netgalley if anyone else gets it and wants to buddy read.

You can count however many pages you read in October for this challenge (as long as you read at least 100 pages in October).

I will likely just add my books to the spreadsheet after I finish them and post them. I don't want to hold on to a spot that someone else may have something for in case I take longer to finish the book than they do.

Ok Persephone turning Minthe into a plant at the end there was fantastic. She's been messing with Hades for so long and trying to ruin Persephone's life so it's nice to see Persephone get back at her. Overall I enjoyed this volume and I'm looking forward to seeing how Persephone's trial goes.

Go Hera on getting rid of those photos that Apollo took, now he can't use them against Persephone. And I like that Persephone finally told Artemis that she hates Apollo. The retail therapy scene was great, I love how much Hades respects Persephone.

I love how supportive Hera is of Persephone. She knows what happened to her and wants to help her anyway she can. I just hope they can figure out a way to punish Apollo, he deserves it. Also, Persephone and Hades are wonderful together.

Persephone's versions of what happened are a lot different from the one Zeus was presented. However I don't imagine he's inclined to believe any other version since he wants to make an example of Persephone.

The cult was so creepy and I just don't get how they believed what they did. Val dying like that was crazy, it was so close to the end of the book I figured all three would survive. But I'm glad Selena and Ruby made it out and that Julien tried to help them in the end. Overall I really enjoyed this one.

The cops finally know where they went! Now whether or not they'll find them before it's too late is another thing. Also Val is a terrible person and she's messed with so many things in Ruby's life. Glad all the truth is finally coming out though. And who in the world was that man chasing them? And now Julien killed him? That's a little bit suspicious.

Ok so there really are people chasing them. I still think Julien knows more than he's saying about everything going on. I can't believe Olivia died, I wasn't expecting that. But at least the cops have a vague idea of where they disappeared from although I wonder if they'll actually figure out that they went into the catacombs.
