The After
The After is a period of time after... a few things. Nuclear explosions and humans dying off of radiation. There are mutants and clans.
One clan is called the Rebels of Radiation. Another is called the New Republic. That is it. The other humans are either captured by the Rebels, possibly killed by a mutant or join the New Republic.
The world is in crumbles and supplies are down. There isn't a lot of technology and mostly everything is scarce.
