Exception: Esperanto doesn't come from fiction and is actually talked in places around the world. But since it was entirely made up, a reference fiction book with a plot relying on it is welcome.

- prefer integral box sets to individual books in order to avoid duplicates and make the list more user friendly.
- avoid adding books set in the same universe, unless the plot of the new book relies on a new language not depicted before.
