Some of these books don't fit such as Reflected in You and Lover Eternal while both excellent books neither heroine was a virgin when they met their "one".

Paul's Pursuit, Ambushing Ariel, Tracking Trisha and Capturing Carmen are excellent books but all of the main characters are not virgins. Carmen is a widow, Trisha is a divorcee and Ariel had a few relationships with before they met their mates

I am not entirely sure, but if I remember it correctly Avery, the heroine of "Wait for you" by J. Lynn is not technically a virgin. Someone please correct me, if I am mistaken here, because the book is excellent and well worth a recommendation.

OM (OTHER MAN) didn't happen, not even in the earliest versions of the books but I 'll give you this:, if someone got angry because Lila's best friend twist in the chapter titled: Broken Illusions and DNF then book then they would miss the AWESOMETACULAR finale, the chapter His one and only" which clarifies that Lila's one and only is Aleksey...and viceversa.

Again I dare you, check the KU version search for the chapter "His one and only" and you'll see. V girl is one of my all-time-favorites cuz I love Virgin heroines and I had read it twice, and all the misleading reviews of V girl fuel my fire, make me love the book more.

And, like every other h in second-chance romance who GOES on to have sex with other men, she could only think about her first lover while doing it. Which made her feel like dirt and made her depressed for ten years, but did she stop having sex she didn't like with men she didn't like? No. When they meet ten years later and the H tells her he was celibate as an eunuch all this time, she can't believe he wouldn't have sex with other women. And he tells her "now, why would I do a stupid thing like that, when all I want is you? No other would compare"
Seriously, I don't know why romance authors do that. If you plan on having your h have relationships with other men, don't make her have bad sex with men she hates for ten years. It leaves a bad feeling in my mouth. Like the h goes out of her way to get herself raped and used, I don't know.

I completely agree with you! I don't understand why some authors write books in which the characters end up having sex with people they don't like. Especially if it's because of jealousy or to forget someone. This is horrible, as they seem to be being used and accepting less than they deserve. Furthermore, it is a bad example for people.
