Hands down!

I was *this* close to ordering "Lord Foul's Bane" due to a glowing review of it I found elsewhere, but upon reading the premise of the story, I decided against it. However, I do own "Shadowmancer". I have yet to read it, and I aquired my copy for a few cents at a yard sale, so if it ends up being as horrible as this list suggests it to be, I won't feel like I lost mouch money toward it.

May I suggest another entry to this list? the "Artemis Fowl" series. What do people see in them? I find them quite bland and uninteresting.

Any book by Robert Stanek is easily going to be the worst book you ever read.

This list is hard to take seriously when most of the books have a 4+ rating.

this is a list for haters.

Some of the books are classic series that I remember being the most enthralling works as a kid that I still love as an adult ( Narnia) And while I dislike Twilight, I won't argue with someone on whether or not it is horrible ( different strokes for different folks)

i get why twilight books or vampire diaries books are here since they have so many haters but some of the books here are just surprising! why would the golden compass or narnia be here?! :o they are amazing books!

Don't believe the hype. This book has not been recommended as claimed in the blurb. It is not a best seller. It has not won awards. It is amateur garbage that has been slickly marketed. It also is not appropriate for children.

In addition the narrator on the version sold through Audible is horrendous.

Do your due diligence before purchasing this one.

My advice: Don't waste any money or any time on this one. There is no one who would honestly and truthfully believe this trash is a great story.

There are however critiques of it on the web that are pretty entertaining. Find one of those instead if you really want to know what this book is all about.

this list looks like *mostly* really good books. all of the ones I recognize are excellent. Is the title supposed to be a troll?

Narnia?

I've read at least 10 of these...of those 10, I rated 5 with 4 stars and 5 with 5 stars. I think there are serious flaws with this list.

It's just that there can't be books that are 'the worst' for everyone. People like different things, even at different points in their own lives.

PS Most of these are cool, some even cult!

People have different tastes and opinions.

This list is useless. It is just populated with popular books that most people review well, but that have a few vocal haters. It is an internet tantrum page.
