"The Masks We Hide Behind" focuses on those (primarily) literary characters that are hidden by a mask - through secrets which come in the form of everything from true masks/disguises, hiding in shadow, hiding from everyone, to send prayers to a deity, to creating alter egos, transforming, morphing, to even pretending to be a snake in the Garden of Good and Evil. Whatever the reason: To remain safe harm, to cause harm or perhaps because they're a secret agent, transformer, alien or perhaps remembering your high school years and those wonderful years WHERE WE ALL WORE MASKS!
Obviously, it would be impossible to select those books featuring the mysterious "masked' man/woman, so I've left it open to all genres: fiction (yep, all - vamps, weres, fey, angels, demons, Star Trek, Star Wars (hmmmm... D.Vader!) Mission Impossible (come-on, pull off masks and voice modulators,) your high school enemy (no real names, please,) a thieve, a nun, a terrorist, a religious leader, a , non-fiction, historical (think King Tut/or the Trojan Horse,) comics (Batman, etc, etc, etc....) As many as you'd like.

Once there, stop by and introduce yourself. We have some exciting guest authors who will be popping in and perhaps participating in an online Q&A session. We also have plenty of specific challenges focused on getting you to think out of the box. So be ready to defend your favorite niche character! Along with prizes, special opportunities to participate in events and MUCH, MUCH more. Although, preferred, a literary character does not have to be the only ones mentioned. Perhaps, the character that first pops to mind is the playground bully (no real names please) or you, yourself. No right or wrong answers, so cast your votes and tell us why!
PS - Please encourage your friends to join and participate as well! I've started a poll asking for your favorite "masked" character, but it doesn't let you enter multiple entries, so stay tuned for the new, improved version.... coming soon!
Warmest thanks -
