A list of little-known YA books. Please only add books with LESS THAN 1,000 RATINGS as of right now.
If you see a book that was mistakenly added (like Unwind), please don't vote for it. And if you see a book that has gained over 1,000 ratings since it was added to this list (Thirteen Days to Midnight, for example), please, again, don't vote for it.

Due to the requests of this list I just had to erase all my votes (all the books are more than 1,000 now).I'd just like to point out most of the books here have much more than 1000, and that people will automatically vote for them, without care for the rules of the list.
Is there any way to clean the list and get rid of the ones with more ratings??

If there is a way to clean the list, I don't know it. You might have to be a Goodreads Librarian in order to do it. In the meantime, the only thing we can do is hope people will pay attention to the number of ratings.
Although, sometimes I wonder...something like The Iron Fey...that's a super-popular series. What on earth would make someone think it was "unknown"?
I have librarian status and can remove the books that don't meet the list specification if the author (Annie) would like me to. I could strictly remove everything that is over 1000, or if you'd like to be more lenient I can keep the one's that have 2000-3000 ratings on the list as well. Just let me know.

If you could remove the ones that don't fit the criteria, that would be awesome (though I'm sure they'll just be added again). You can be a bit more lenient with the number of ratings, if you want.
I removed the following books from the list in response to the list creator's wishes, since they do not meet the criteria for the list. The Iron King, Unwind, Entwined, Angelfall, Beautiful Creatures, Born at Midnight, The Vincent Boys, Howl's Moving Castle, The Duff, The Girl of Fire and Thorns, Inescapable, Prom and Prejuidice, Existence, Dairy Queen, & Something Maybe. They were all well over the 1000 rating threshold. I left the books that were at 2000-3000ish.
I only checked the first page of books for ones that did not meet the criteria. I may look at the additional pages later.

You're welcome :) And I found another book over the limit,Shadow and Bone.
Balthazar ( 3,125 ratings, page 3)A Swift Pure Cry (1,057 ratings, page 4)
The Scourge (1,467 ratings, page 4)
The Rag and Bone Shop (1,588 ratings page 4)
I wish so many of these didn't have numbers like 40 ratings/30 votes. You're telling me that 75% of users who read this just so happened to vote on this list? I don't buy it.
