I was just reading someone's remarks about a character she loathed and how a director worked miracles concerning that character. I had to laugh as I loathed her also.

I bet you dislike Voldemort. I need to add that one but not sure which book would be best. I guess one of the last ones.

Oh, just thought I loathed the writer's obsession with Antonia especially since he was married. My Ántonia. That was such a strange book.

Celia Harry Potter/ (I had to look it up). Not a fan.

I did read My Antonia. I'll have to look at that one. And there is a book I read recently where there was a horrible man, but I will have to find it.

~☆~Autumn Oh, I didn't realize that you didn't read Harry Potter.

That reminds me that I just read Death of a Hussy and I sure disliked her. Anybody would! I can't think of her name now!

That's OK, A. I hope we can still be friends, even though we don't always like the same books. 😘

~☆~Autumn Of course we can! The only book I liked that I was attacked about was Twilight and I finally got over that. Last time I did a book compare we shared a lot of books. My sister made me read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone when I went to see her in Vermont. The book I am currently reading about Masha the writer hates Vermonters and has a bad name for them but he is from NY. I sure don't like his name for them as they were always nice to me. He is the reincarnation of a cat! LOL!

Jay Schutt Mildred in "Of Human Bondage" made my blood run cold.

Same here! I remember that her skin had a green tinge which I thought was super weird. I intend to read that book again sometime!
