My heart goes out to you. I have one grandson who is low functioning autistic. My attention is always ON autism because of it. He was an in vitro child and has a twin brother. The younger brother, Zackary, is not affected. Zackary is a very loving child and looks out for his brother, Stevie. I will send you a PM with some pictures,
Looking forward to the pictures. I am super chemically sensitive and I believe that all the toxic chemicals in today's environment are part of the problem. Last time I went to the library one of the librarians sprayed Frebreeze and I got a 3 day headache which went into migraine. Room sprays are deadly for me. That is wonderful that Zackary looks out for his brother!
This is a great list, there are so many stories with characters that have traits that are commonly found in people that are neurodivergent. Ever since I saw that TV show The Queen's Gambit, I connected with the main character. Even if the show does not explicitly confirm if she is on the spectrum, I saw myself in her and I felt that her traits felt similar to those on the autism spectrum. Also, I felt that of the four March sisters, Beth seems like the most likely person to be on the spectrum.

A “neurodivergent” person refers to a person on the autism spectrum or, more generally, to someone whose brain processes information in a way that is not typical of most individuals.
