From the flush of first love in Turgenev's First Love, to unrequited love in Nabokov's Mary, from John Updike's celebration of adultery in The Women Who Got Away to the murderous passions of Tolstoy's The Kreutzer Sonata, Great Loves is a tribute to the power of love in all its guises, romantic and passionate, deviant and doomed.

These "print" covers are fab! They would be gorgeous in picture frames or as wall/cabinet stencils.

ETA: Oh, I see, Amazon UK -- drat, only domestic delivery, though! :(
TA, I know it says domestic delivery, but could they be delivered to me here in the States and I could then post them to you? I would be happy to do so. @Alex: laid out, those books must be beautiful and something special to see. I am with you, I love everything minimalist-style.

But thank you so very much for the offer!

I understand; but, that is what friends are for.

Keep an eye on Amazon UK's Used and New for sellers willing to offer international delivery at a non-extortionate rate (I had a quick look on eBay for you but nothing seemed like a startling bargain)."
Thank you as well!!
I've placed the set on my Amazon.de wish list (I live in Germany), that will guarantee I'll routinely check for bargains both there and in the UK.
