I know it's a bit early, but I've decided to make the 2014: From Print to the Big Screen list now to allow the list to grow before the New Year.

PLEASE NOTE: The same rule applies to this list as it did to this year's list. Only add books to the list if they were actually being made into films and will be released in 2014. Any books that are aren't will be deleted. In this list, I will allow books that have been remade into films by using just the premise such as Planet of the Apes. Its premise will be used once again with Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and the third and final installment of Peter Jackson's The Hobbit Trilogy.

NOTE #2: The Book Thief is added to this list because it will be released in Australia in January 2014. It is added to the 2013 list as well for the American release.

NOTE #3: Some books may have different titles to that of their film adaptation. An example would be the book, All you need is Kill which has been made into the film Edge of Tomorrow.
