Why would the Jewish point of view be the only one that counts? Don’t Palestinians count? Isn’t it their land that first the British occupied and then without any real authority gave to a group of scattered European refugees that no other country was willing to receive? Aren’t they they ones now being treated as those same European refugees were once treated and so ironically by the very descendents of those same Holocaust survivors in the most twisted form of evil begetting evil?

The whole "conflict" was created because Israel wanted to be created on the grounds of an already existing country. Explain to me how the Jewish POV is the only POV that counts. I guess the voices of the indigenous who were exiled and are facing literal genocide don't count right? Also, wasn't Pappe kicked out of Israel for being against its regime? SMH 🙄

I stand by all the commenters on this list. But some of the books included in it ARE pretty good. I don't know WHY the bio for this list had to be so weird, though. Like, whattttt... 😒
