I can't wait for the fourth book in the Inheritance Series to come out. Does anyone know when that is?

how's Harry Potter and the Prizoner of askaban a dragon book? There arn't even dragons in it! It is a good book though.

The only Harry Potter book with a big role of dragons in it is Goblet of Fire, and then Harry Potter isn't about dragons.

A person probably put it on because of the cover

There's no dragon on the cover.

I have no idea, but have a look on his website and it says what is supposed to be included in the next book. I can't wait either!!! It's so exciting...
I like some of these other books for other reasons, but the best _dragons_ are from the Pern books, imo.

The list includes all books about dragons, containing dragons, featuring dragons.
And there's also Norbert in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone and the dragon in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

I removed Cascade and Tourne by Bergen from the list because although they are great stories there are absolutely no dragons in them. Also, I removed The Red Pyramid. There are griffins and a host of other mythological creatures but no dragons. I was about to remove all the Gallagher girl books but not positive they don't have dragons (I'm assuming so since they are spy/realistic fiction).
Anne McCaffrey's Dragon Rider series is what originally got me into fantasy period. I have a lot of good memories with those books!
Laura wrote: "All of them! :D"That's a LOT! Considering the length of these books put together....that's 10,000 pages! Wow!
Some of the books on here have nothing to do with dragons. Some people commented about Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (which I agree, it doesn't have any dragons in it), but at least dragons exist in the series. The False Prince is in here, and dragons aren't even real in the book. Nowhere do they even mention dragons.
If you are looking for a series that captures your interest about dragons and the boy who brought them up... I would highly suggest the Pit Dragon Chronicles by Jane Yolen. They are a great series for young adults and adults alike.
Dragon Champion being 74th is quite disappointing. You don't get more dragon-y than a series about a family of dragons.
Aaargh! Why can't Goodreads manage by series! It would be so much tighter to have these in rated Series then have the books under. All the duplication just builds the numbers and is frustrating.
new_user wrote: "I like some of these other books for other reasons, but the best _dragons_ are from the Pern books, imo."Totally correct
