The best way, the only way, to lose weight and keep it off is to fast your weight down to where you want it, then transition onto a plant-based diet. Fasting is much easier than dieting and has a way of rebooting appetites for permanent change. Fasting is safe and can be done anywhere, even on the job in many cases.
