"Oh, man, this book was just awful. So stilted and weird, like he had no clue what to do with the story at all. Don't know what E.B. White was thinking with it, since I'm a fan of his and his other two books were brilliant. But anyway, as a kid I loved the movie and hated the book. As a teen...I feel the same way."
