How do you deal with writer’s block?

Travis Lefelhoc I can not say that I have had to deal with writer's block a whole lot. I write only part time and usually for short periods of time, therefore I typically have a plan as to what I am writing about before I sit down. However, I have had times where I needed to step away and come back a day or two later. Usually, any blocks that I have are overcome by simply watching a movie, reading a book or searching the net, where I get inspired or come up with an idea to help with whatever obstacle I am facing.
