A few years ago I wrote the first paragraph as the beginning of a poem, left it, forgot about it.
I had an urge to write a book and self publish on Create Space. For some reason the notebook I picked up had the forgotten paragraph and I thought "This will do nicely" and off I went building the story line by line.
